ABOUT THE JOB
- Report to: Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Development
- Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, and development activities
- Conduct supplier audits and capability assessments
- Develop long-term supplier partnerships
Cost & Commercial Management
- Perform cost benchmarking and price analysis
- Drive cost reduction initiatives
- Support annual cost-down targets
Contract Management
- Prepare, review, and manage purchase contracts and framework agreements
- Coordinate with Legal and Finance for contract approval
- Monitor contract compliance and renewals
ERP & System Utilization
- Use ERP systems procurement
- Maintain supplier master data, pricing, and contracts in ERP
- Spending, Saving & Sourcing reports.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Work with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Planning teams
- Support New project implements and sourcing projects
- Provide sourcing recommendations to management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, experience in the manufacturing or / and industrial sectors.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English (Chinese knowledge will be regarded as a positive plus)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- High ethical standards and professional attitudes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Proven ability to create and deliver effective presentations to stakeholders, including management.
- Strong understanding of cost structure principles to efficiently source and compare competitors.
