Job Description:
Supplier Quality & Compliance
- Support supplier qualification process - document review, certifications, regulatory compliance checks
- Maintain and update supplier approval master list
- Conduct periodic supplier audits and follow up on corrective actions
- Ensure adherence to QA/QC requirements in sourcing events (RFQ/RFP), contracts, and purchase orders
Contract & Policy Governance
- Monitor compliance with procurement policies, SLAs, contract pricing terms, and KPI commitments
- Ensure all quality and compliance data is accurately recorded and retained for audits
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Maintain contract/price databases and procurement repository
- Develop and maintain standardized supplier performance scorecards (quality, delivery, cost, compliance)
- Analyze trends in quality issues and coordinate remediation plans
- Provide regular QA/QC reports and insights for leadership and category teams
Process Improvement & Training
- Assist in SOP development and continuous improvement of procurement controls
- Conduct training for internal stakeholders on procurement QA/QC and compliance standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and tools, including digitalization and automation efforts for quality workflows
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- 3-5 years experience in procurement governance, QA/QC, internal audit, or supply chain compliance (fresh graduates with strong QA background considered)
