Procurement Officer - Shipping & Customs (VNese Speaker)

Role Description

• Perform the customs formality and customs declaration for import and export of materials, equipment, chemicals, spare parts, Etc.;
• Implement the custom procedure and documentation align with Law and Regulation;
• Apply the custom taxes privilege for import and export materials, equipment, chemicals, spare parts, Etc. with the most benefit;
• Drafting and updating the procedures of import and export customs clearance and obtaining the list of duty-free import goods;
• Comply the safety, environment and energy work according to the company's policies, rules and regulations and legal requirements.;
• Participate in productivity improvement activities according to the company's policies;
• Execute other tasks as assigned by managers

Qualifications

• Education:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commerce, or related major
• Experience:3 - 5 years in related field (oil & gas, heavy industry - manufacturing)
• Fluent English communication
• Negotiation Skills
• Have a good relationship with Customs authorities is a plus
