I. JOB SUMMARY
- The Procurement Manager (Individual Contributor) owns end-to-end indirect and Capex procurement execution and governance, ensuring cost efficiency, risk control, compliance, and operational scalability.
- This role partners cross-functionally to drive sourcing quality, supplier performance, data visibility, and continuous improvement in a fast-growth environment.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1/ End-to-End Ownership
- Own the full sourcing lifecycle: requirement clarification, sourcing strategy, RFQ, negotiation, contracting, handover, and post-contract governance.
- Accountable for cost, delivery, quality, compliance, and risk outcomes.
2/ Governance & Risk Control
- Apply and continuously improve procurement SOP, approval flow, and SLA.
- Ensure documentation discipline, audit readiness, and risk mitigation.
- Proactively identify and escalate operational and commercial risks.
3/ Supplier Strategy & Commercial Excellence
- Develop and maintain a healthy supplier pool; avoid single-source dependency.
- Drive competitive sourcing and Total Cost of Ownership optimization.
- Manage supplier performance and contract effectiveness.
4/ Data & Visibility
- Build and maintain standard price baseline, benchmarking, and dashboards.
- Track savings, cycle time, SLA, and supplier KPIs.
- Use data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
5/ Cross-functional Partnership
- Engage early with projects, engineering, finance, and operations to validate scope, specs, sourcing strategy, and risk.
- Balance speed, cost, quality, and governance in decision making.
III. REQUIREMENTS
1/ Experience
- Minimum 7 years of procurement experience, preferably in Indirect & Capex.
- Proven end-to-end sourcing experience: RFQ, negotiation, contracting, and post-contract management.
- Experience working in fast-growing, decentralized environments with strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Solid background in supplier, contract, and commercial risk management.
2/ Skills
- Strong knowledge of Indirect/Capex procurement processes, SOPs, approval flows, and SLAs.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills with Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) mindset.
- Supplier performance management and evaluation.
- Ability to analyze procurement data, track savings, KPIs, and cycle time.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills without direct authority.
- Proficient in Excel; ERP/Power BI experience is a plus.
