We're looking for a
Procurement Intern (KOL/KOC Sourcing) to primarily focus on sourcing and managing KOLs/KOCs for our AnyCreator platform, while also handling daily procurement tasks. This role involves everything from initial outreach and contract verification to tracking performance and managing vendor relationships.
What You Will Do
- Sourcing, approaching, and managing potential KOLs/KOCs for the AnyCreator platform.
- Assisting in procurement processes to ensure timely and qualified onboarding.
- Tracking and reporting monthly sourcing performance.
- Collect influencer contact info, quotation per the latest date checking, and the status of job confirmation.
- Support checking the accuracy of procurement terms & contracts according to the Company policy.
- Consolidate vendors quotations per campaign brief and perform a comparison.
- Vendor assessment/ranking: to track how many ratecards are received from vendors and give an overall evaluation of their performance.
- Supporting cooperation with the Finance department for effective payment progress.
- Other tasks as directed by the Procurement Senior Manager.
Who You Are
- A recognized university degree.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese & English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good at Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides is a must.
- Highly motivated with a desire to learn.
- Attention to detail, the ability to multitask.
- Be able to commit to working full-time for at least 3 months.
