Procurement Executive | Logistics and Supply Chain Industry
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to support our logistics operations by managing sourcing activities, vendor relationships, and cost optimization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement process (PRPOContract)
- Source and evaluate suppliers; negotiate pricing and contract terms
- Compare quotations and conduct cost analysis
- Monitor supplier performance (quality, SLA, lead time)
- Ensure timely delivery of goods/services to support operations
- Maintain procurement documentation and ensure compliance
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support budget control
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 23 years of experiences in working with domestics and overseas vendors. Experiences in sourcing customs and trucking vendor is a plus.
- Good command of English
