Job Description
Design and develop documents (policies, procedures, operational
regulations) related to collateral asset handling (automobiles),
tailored to the Company's customer segments and products.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to review, update, and
ensure all documents comply with internal regulations and
applicable laws.
- Implement and supervise the operation of collateral asset
handling activities to ensure the Company's assigned targets are
achieved.
- University degree or higher, preferably in Economics, Finance, or
Law.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in debt collection involving secured
assets.
Experience in managing secured debt collection is an advantage
- Strong logical and systematic thinking; ability to analyze
historical data and forecast key indicators.
Good understanding of financial products and services.
- Knowledge of legal regulations.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Quick and effective in handling situations and assessing
customer information.
Good command of English.
High ethical standards and professional integrity.
