As we expand into the Vietnam market, we are looking for a driven Technical Sales Support Specialist to join our team and help bridge local customers with our international technology.
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Support Specialist with a solid technical foundation and strong communication skills to support our growth in Vietnam. You will engage local leads, coordinate demos and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) projects, and serve as a communication link between Vietnamese customers and our Hong Kong/China teams. Fluency in Vietnamese, English is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement & Lead Follow-Up:
- Respond to local customer inquiries through email, phone, and meetings. Capture business requirements related to digital transformation solutions and nurture leads toward opportunities.
- Technical Demos & PoC Support:
- Prepare and conduct product demonstrations and PoC setups for IoT devices and no-code platforms. Troubleshoot basic issues during demos to highlight product value.
- Cross-Team Communication:
- Translate and communicate customer needs, feedback, and technical information to Hong Kong/China development teams. Facilitate cross-team discussions to align solutions with local market needs.
- Market Support & Insights:
- Support local marketing activities, such as eDM campaigns or events. Collect insights on market trends in digital transformation to inform strategy.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, demo outcomes, and customer feedback in CRM tools. Prepare reports in English and Mandarin for internal review.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 24 years of experience in technical support, presales, sales engineering, or IT consulting.
- Experience with IoT products, software demos, and digital solutions preferred.
- Fluent in Vietnamese, and English (both written and spoken).
- Basic technical understanding of IoT devices, software setup, PoC execution, and demo environments.
- Comfortable using CRM software, email platforms, and basic hardware setups.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive problem solver, and able to work independently in a remote/hybrid setup.
- Willingness to travel within Vietnam for client meetings and demos.
