Role and Responsibilities
Search for and establish a customer network in Vietnam within the Information Technology sector. Develop sales revenue, build effective business strategies, and expand the companys market share in the Vietnamese market.
Duties
- Plan approaches and strategies to develop the customer base in Vietnams IT sector.
- Define and establish the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
- Develop plans to expand the market and drive revenue growth.
- Utilize existing potential customer networks to boost sales activities.
- Proactively seek new clients and maintain sustainable relationships with existing partners.
- Identify customer needs and propose solutions that align with the companys products/services.
- Monitor sales performance, evaluate the effectiveness of strategies, and adjust sales plans when necessary.
- Prepare periodic reports on business performance, revenue, and market opportunities.
- Propose suitable marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness in the Vietnamese market.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer demands, and competitors activities to timely adjust business strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in IT or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience with a minimum of 02 years in IT for CCTV, augogate, rugged laptop, server
- An existing network of potential clients in the Information Technology sector in Vietnam is required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer persuasion skills.
- Strong planning, organizational, and sales process management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of Vietnams IT market and current technology trends.
- Strategic mindset, dynamic, and proactive approach to work.
- Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory. Chinese communication skills are an advantage.
