Position:Presales Engineer (Microsoft Services)
Salary: Up to $2,000
We are seeking a Pre-sales Engineer to design and implement IT infrastructure (Microsoft services team), support sales teams, and engage with customers. You will also assist in product development and deployment. Ideal candidates have strong technical expertise, hands-on experience in enterprise systems, and excellent communication skills. This role offers growth opportunities and exposure to cutting-edge technologies.
Scope of work:
Technical Solutions:
- Provide consultation and design a comprehensive cloud solution architecture.
- Develop products/solutions for sales.
- Prepare technical documentation to support sales activities.
- Conduct presentations, demos, and product introductions.
- Proactively seek, engage, and build relationships with partners and customers to generate sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales staff to engage customers and develop sales strategies.
Support for Product Development and Business Development:
- Provide technical support during project implementation.
- Define requirements for commercial product development.
- Participate in and support Workshops, POCs, and other pre-sales activities
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, or other related technical fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, such as Pre-sales, Solution Consulting, or System/Cloud Engineering, with direct customer engagement.
- Microsoft certifications are preferred
- Proven expertise and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and technical documentation skills.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, and communication).
