1. Role Purpose
We are seeking a versatile PR Executive who is a master of both short-form storytelling (TikTok) and long-form brand building (Website & Editorial). You will be responsible for crafting the narrative of Bakehaus, ensuring our brand is discoverable on Google, trending on social media, and respected in the Singaporean culinary scene.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Website Content & Editorial (Long-form)
- Brand Storytelling: Research and write high-quality, long-form articles for the Bakehaus website. Topics may range from the Art of Sourdough and Pairing Wine with Artisan Breads to profiling our bakers and local partners.
- Content Strategy: Maintain a consistent editorial calendar for the blog, ensuring all long-form content aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- Copywriting: Produce engaging copy for website landing pages, newsletters, and digital brochures for our new outlet concepts (Tapas & Wine).
B. SEO & Digital PR
- SEO Optimization: Execute SEO best practices within website articles (keyword research, internal linking, meta descriptions) to drive organic traffic and improve rankings for F&B-related searches in Singapore.
- Channel Integration: Ensure that long-form website content is effectively repurposed for newsletters and social media to maximize reach.
- Local SEO: Manage our Google Business Profile to maintain high visibility and a 5-star reputation.
C. TikTok & Viral Content
- Video Production: Lead the end-to-end process for TikTok: brainstorming, filming, and editing trendy, high-energy videos that showcase our products and vibe.
- Engagement: Stay ahead of F&B trends in Singapore to ensure Bakehaus remains a must-visit spot.
- Community Building: Interact with our audience to turn followers into loyal customers.
D. Media & Influencer Relations
- Press Outreach: Draft and distribute press releases to Singaporean food media and lifestyle publications.
- KOL Collaboration: Identify and manage relationships with Foodies, KOLs, and KOCs for tastings, reviews, and campaign partnerships.
3. Requirements
- Writing Excellence: Exceptional English writing skills with the ability to switch between catchy social captions and professional, engaging long-form articles.
- Digital Savvy: Proven experience in managing TikTok accounts and a solid understanding of how SEO impacts content discovery.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CapCut (or similar video editors) and familiarity with CMS platforms (like Shopify or WordPress) for publishing website content.
- Passion for F&B: A genuine interest in artisan baking, coffee, and the wine/tapas culture.
- Experience: 1-2 years in PR, Content Marketing, or Journalism (F&B experience is a major plus).
