What You'll Do
As a PPC Advertising Specialist, you will own and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms to drive high-quality leads and revenue growth for our SaaS clients. Your role is hands-on and impact-driven, focusing on campaign execution, performance optimization, and strategic growth experiments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other.
- Manage and allocate budgets strategically, ensuring a strong ROAS and CAC efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, messaging, audiences, and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights to enhance funnel efficiency.
- Optimize ad targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking for maximum effectiveness.
- Work closely with the rest of the growth team to align paid acquisition efforts with growth strategies.
- Develop weekly/monthly reports with insights on spend, conversions, and recommendations.
We're looking for a data-driven, performance-obsessed paid media specialist with SaaS experience.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Track record of driving profitable paid acquisition for SaaS companies or similar businesses.
- Deep understanding of audience targeting, funnel optimization, and attribution models.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, conversion tracking, and reporting tools.
- Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and ad creative performance analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into growth decisions.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a cross-functional team.
