The (Senior) Executive, Marketing (Digital) is responsible for developing and delivering integrated digital and PR communications to enhance brand presence. This role owns the planning and execution of end-to-end digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, increase footfall, and support revenue growth across the retail podium.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and monitor monthly and quarterly digital marketing campaigns to gain brand awareness, drive traffic to the tower and retail podium, support tenant sales, and contribute to office leasing objectives.
- Manage and oversee content across all digital platforms, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, Zalo, TikTok, YouTube), website, digital screens, WiFi marketing, email marketing, e-newsletters, mobile/SMS marketing, and CRM channels.
- Develop and execute effective PR and digital communication plans.
- Create and manage engaging content for digital campaigns.
- Provide support on digital channels aligned with overall marketing activities (events, activation and promotions).
- Implement, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.); track, analyze, and report performance against KPIs and ROI targets.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitors activities to inform campaign strategies and improvements.
- Manage and coordinate with external agencies (digital, media, creative) to ensure quality execution and alignment with brand direction.
- Undertake other marketing-related projects and duties as assigned.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital marketing, PR & Communication.
- Solid knowledge about social media, content creation, SEO/SEM, Google Display Network (GDN), Google Adwords, Google Analytics, online marketing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Basic knowledge in graphics arts software and HTML for website applications or willingness to learn.
- Experience in photoshooting, video production, and Adobe Creative Suite is a strong advantage.Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese, both verbally and in writing.
