Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Planning & Development:
- Support the planning and continuous improvement of FPT Cloud's portfolio across infrastructure, platform, data, security, and related cloud service domains; consolidate inputs from stakeholders and help shape portfolio priorities.
- Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking on FPT Cloud and major hyperscalers such as Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Alibaba Cloud to identify gaps, opportunities, and recommendations on service positioning, packaging, enhancement, launch, or portfolio prioritization.
- Work closely with Product, Development, Architecture, and Technical teams to translate business needs, customer feedback, and market insights into business requirements, portfolio proposals, roadmap inputs, business cases, and related working documents.
- Support portfolio review and planning discussions, including recommendations on roadmap direction, service enhancement, and potential investment or non-investment decisions for products and service groups.
Portfolio Operations
- Coordinate with Product, Presales, Sales, Marketing, SRE, Operations Center, and Customer Support to drive cross-team portfolio initiatives, support roadmap execution, and improve service readiness and operational alignment.
- Participate in product launch / service launch activities, including launch planning, internal enablement, supporting materials, and business-facing assets such as Sales Kits, service overview decks, buyer guides, and internal introduction content.
- Join customer meetings, workshops, and pitching sessions when needed to understand customer demand, collect service usage data and customer feedback, and support the improvement of product-market fit and portfolio direction.
- Monitor the business and operational status of assigned services or portfolio initiatives, and propose improvements to service offering, workflow, documentation, and collaboration model across teams.
- Support portfolio governance and ways of working using Agile practices, especially Scrum and Kanban, to improve visibility, prioritization, follow-up, and coordination.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in Portfolio Management, Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, Product Operations, Technology Consulting, or related roles.
- Good understanding of Cloud products and services, especially across IaaS, PaaS, data, platform, security, and related solution domains.
- Strong ability to work deeply with Product, Development, Architecture, Technical teams, Presales, and Sales, and to bridge business requirements with product and technical discussions.
- Good Business Analysis skills, including requirement gathering, process clarification, documentation, user story writing, and translation of business needs into actionable product inputs.
- Good Project Management foundation, including planning, coordination, dependency tracking, issue follow-up, and cross-team execution.
- Experience in product launch / service launch / go-to-market support is highly preferred.

- 8h30 AM – 12h00 PM
- 1h00 PM – 5h30 PM
- Working days: Monday to Friday (weekends off)
