Job Description

Job Description:

  • Analyze seller operations data and voice of sellers from multiple sources to draw insights on their pain-points & sentiment towards Shopee
  • Propose & drive solutions with other functional teams to enhance seller capability & experience
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking, seller survey, market research as part of solution development
  • Prepare and present reports/proposals to stakeholders to assist in their decision-making process
  • Ensure effective communications of solutions to sellers across Shopee's Official Channels (website, app notifications, email, etc.)
  • Monitor seller performance and sentiment towards new solutions for continuous improvement
  • Assist team leader in other tasks assigned.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably experience in performance improvement for e-commerce, consulting, or relevant industries
  • Experience in using analytical skills and leveraging data to uncover insights, develop solutions, and analyze impacts
  • Ability to present complex data & information in a concise & structured way
  • Ability to multitask while paying attention to detail and working individually and with others, resourceful in getting the job done
  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
