- Own project governance, timelines, risks, and deliverables for driver operations initiatives.
- Align project portfolios with business strategy and operational goals.
- Drive process improvements, resource planning, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborating with other department leaders and Driver Ops team leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
- Analyze data, create dashboards and reports to track KPIs and performance metrics, including project goals, budget, risks, and resource allocation.
- Providing reports for each project; Overseeing and continuously evaluating the development of the project and ensuring the result of the project.
- Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
- Documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
- Represent the Driver Ops team to evaluate change impacts from other departments initiatives, then collaborate to deliver cross-function optimization projects.
- 1–3 years of experience in PMO, operations, or project coordination.
- Strong crossfunctional communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.
- Good analytical skills (data tracking, forecasting, Excel/Sheets).
- High ownership, detailoriented, and able to manage fastmoving projects.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
