Own project governance, timelines, risks, and deliverables for driver operations initiatives.
Align project portfolios with business strategy and operational goals.
Drive process improvements, resource planning, and risk mitigation.
Collaborating with other department leaders and Driver Ops team leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
Analyze data, create dashboards and reports to track KPIs and performance metrics, including project goals, budget, risks, and resource allocation.
Providing reports for each project Overseeing and continuously evaluating the development of the project and ensuring the result of the project.
Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
Documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
Represent the Driver Ops team to evaluate change impacts from other departments initiatives, then collaborate to deliver cross-function optimization projects.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in PMO, operations, or project coordination.
Strong crossfunctional communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.
Good analytical skills (data tracking, forecasting, Excel/Sheets).
High ownership, detailoriented, and able to manage fastmoving projects.
