Job Description:

Responsible for key Inventory KPIs of all Shopee's Warehouses.
Initiate/drive projects with diversified stakeholders (Warehouse managers, Warehouse operators, relevant office teams) to improve:
- Inventory accuracy (%Cycle count accuracy, %cycle count compliance,...)
- Inventory efficiency (%out-of-stock in picking,...) including optimise inventory layout, inventory storage setting
- Inventory cost (productivity)
- DEM (Damage/Expire/Missing) rate
Analyze data key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for cost saving and efficiency improvement
Report result and deliver proposal to management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in project management in supply chain/logistics, e-commerce, consulting
Strong execution, stakeholders management and data analytics
Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English (verbal and written).
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
