Job Description

Job Description:

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses into Operations service demand of strategic user segments to identify and capture new growth opportunities within Operations.
  • Spearhead end-to-end growth initiatives by orchestrating collaboration across diverse departments and stakeholders.
  • Develop data-driven business proposals and performance reports to guide senior management's decision-making.
  • Integrate AI-driven tools to automate workflows and significantly enhance team productivity.
  • Deliver ad-hoc tasks based on assignment from Line Manager.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in areas such as Project Management Office (PMO), Corporate Strategy, Growth initiatives, Operational Excellence, or a related Management Trainee program.
  • Exceptional data analytical capabilities, including the proficiency to process and structure large datasets to conduct in-depth analysis and generate meaningful, actionable insights.
  • Superior problem-solving skills with the ability to systematically structure, diagnose, and resolve complex issues. Design comprehensive solutions that are rigorously supported by data and cross-functional factor analysis.
  • Proven execution excellence capable of accurately implementing solutions, coordinating efficiently with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring all deliverables are met on-time and to the highest quality standards.
  • Demonstrated high level of ownership and accountability for the end-to-end management and results of assigned scope of work.
  • Confident in navigating and resolving highly ambiguous and complex business challenges.
  • Possess a can-do growth mindset, proactively seeking out and driving continuous improvement and progress across all operational areas.
  • Bilingual fluency in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
  • Advanced proficiency in standard office productivity suites (e.g., Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools including Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
