About The Team

The PMO Associate will play a supporting role in project execution by conducting research, preparing documentation, and coordinating with teams to ensure smooth implementation of cross-functional initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn project management in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Job Description

  • Assist in project planning and documentation under the guidance of PMO Lead and Senior Associate.
  • Collect, organize, and validate information from multiple departments.
  • Conduct basic research and data analysis to support project hypotheses.
  • Track project timelines, update status reports, and escalate risks where needed.
  • Proactively identify risks, operational gaps, and improvement opportunities, then propose creative solutions.
  • Support in preparing presentations, reports, and dashboards.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as required by the PMO team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related fields.
  • 12 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or research (fresh graduates with strong potential can be considered).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eager to learn and grow in project management within e-commerce/marketplace operations.
