KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Management & Process Governance
- Oversee the end-to-end management of assigned retail deposit product portfolios across online and branch channels.
- Develop, review, and standardize product operating processes in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Product Development
- Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior and technology trends to design and enhance retail deposit products.
- Propose pricing strategies, promotional programs, and product features to improve competitiveness and attract new customers.
Operations & Quality Control
- Ensure stable and efficient product operations while minimizing errors that may impact customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Sales, Legal, Risk Management) to successfully implement and optimize products.
Team Leadership & Capability Development
- Lead, guide, and effectively manage the product team.
- Develop career development plans, provide coaching and training to strengthen team capabilities.
Performance Management & Reporting
- Develop and monitor KPIs for product performance and team effectiveness.
- Prepare periodic reports on business performance, costs, profitability, and propose improvement initiatives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Finance, Banking, or related industries.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
Professional Knowledge
- Strong understanding of regulations and legal frameworks within the banking and financial sector.
- Knowledge of retail deposit products and customer deposit mobilization strategies.
- Understanding of team management and capability development.
- Strong awareness of banking market dynamics and industry trends.
