Implement the hand-on shift activities to ensure all machine, tools & equipment operate as per procedure and qualities.
Carry out the period check-up and maintenance (hourly & daily) as functional to ensure high capacity and meet KPI standards.
Carry out daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly maintenance as per management's request.
Check and maintain status of machine and equipment, plant electrical to ensure the good condition to serve for production and other relevant departments.
Repair the electrical equipment in plant.
Liaise with other relevant department to implement maintenance and repair, meantime support production and other department in emergency case.
Support job change activities.
Operate equipment as assigned in daily job list (compressor system, water, cullet gathering and generator when power-off).
Collaborate with other related department to implement power-transforming whenever power-off. Report to superior in emergency case to get timely support.
Ensure all operations as per Company P&P and safety, implement HUN report, GMP. Liaise to implement and maintain 5S condition for department and plant.
Do report and other paper work as per procedure.
Perform job list as per KPI.

Qualification:
Bachelor Degree or College Degree in Electrical Engineer
At least 1 years in an electrical maintenance background.
Proven ability to implement a culture of continuous improvement required
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally required.
Ability of communication and presentation
Hard working and responsible
Team works spirit, enthusiasm.
Willing to work on a shift schedule (3 shifts, 4 teams/crews)
