Job Description
Production Planning:
Oversee daily, weekly, and long-term production schedules.
Ensure alignment with supply and demand planning.
Engineering & Utilities/Maintenance:
Manage plant engineering, utilities, and preventive maintenance programs.
Drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability and efficiency.
Quality Control / Quality Assurance:
Ensure compliance with QC/QA standards and regulatory requirements.
Implement robust systems to maintain product quality and safety.
People Management:
Lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
Navigate complex stakeholder relationships, including managing under challenging leadership dynamics.
Build a culture of accountability, safety, and performance.
Operations Management (SOW):
Oversee end-to-end operations including production, warehouse, and transportation.
Optimize processes for cost efficiency and operational excellence.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Engineering, Production, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards, costing, warehouse logistics, supply planning, and demand planning.
- Proven track record in FMCG manufacturing leadership.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
