Aufgabengebiet
- Lead and manage the full accounting function, including AP, AR, payments, invoicing, and statutory tax compliance
- Deliver timely month‑end closings, management reporting, and financial analysis
- Ensure strong internal controls and support internal and external audits
- Manage product costing, inventory valuation, and consumption analysis
- Partner with operations to monitor and optimise raw materials, consumables, and indirect costs
- Control and analyse scrap rate, OPEX, CAPEX, and investment performance
- Review and validate BOMs, purchase orders, contracts, and key legal documents
- Act as the finance owner for ERP systems and finance‑related processes
Anforderungsprofil
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with exposure to full‑set accounting
- Chief Accountant Certificate (mandatory)
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or operations‑driven environments
- Strong knowledge of costing, inventory control, and month‑end closing
- Good command of both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving skills
