Description
Lead and manage the full accounting function, including AP, AR, payments, invoicing, and statutory tax compliance
Deliver timely month‑end closings, management reporting, and financial analysis
Ensure strong internal controls and support internal and external audits
Manage product costing, inventory valuation, and consumption analysis
Partner with operations to monitor and optimise raw materials, consumables, and indirect costs
Control and analyse scrap rate, OPEX, CAPEX, and investment performance
Review and validate BOMs, purchase orders, contracts, and key legal documents
Act as the finance owner for ERP systems and finance‑related processes
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
Minimum 7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with exposure to full‑set accounting
Chief Accountant Certificate (mandatory)
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or operations‑driven environments
Strong knowledge of costing, inventory control, and month‑end closing
Good command of both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken)
Strong analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving skills
