Responsibilities
– Lead the organization and development of comprehensive company-wide operational plans on a monthly, quarterly, annual, or project basis, collaborating with relevant departments based on the Board of Directors (BOD) strategic directions and policies.
– Provide consultation for establishing operational goals for the company and its departments, define metrics (Key Performance Indicators – KPIs), and set operational cycles to meet organizational objectives; provide timely warnings about planning risks for projects and departments.
– Continuously monitor and oversee plan implementation. Promptly urge action and adjust tasks that are not meeting progress or required work efficiency.
– Report and advise the Board of Directors on the operational status of various units. Crucially, provide timely reports to leadership on any cases with a risk of not meeting planned targets.
– Evaluate quarterly operational KPIs assigned by the Group to the Company.
– Advise the Board of Directors on establishing department evaluation content and methods, prepare data, and provide consultation for the department performance evaluation process.
– Enhance data-driven decision-making by leveraging the organization's centralized data. Identify sub-optimal operational workflows within the organization and propose adjustments, tools, and digitalization for analysis and operational processes.
Qualifications
– Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
– English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 650 or higher
– 2 – 4 years of experience in an Operational Planning position.
– In-depth knowledge of planning methodologies, planning criteria, and planning templates.
– Strong understanding of organizational operational workflows.
– Solid knowledge of business production/operation standards and related KPIs.
– Proficient in objective-based management processes and methodologies, and able to apply them in operational work management.
– Basic knowledge of
risk management in business production/operations.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with varying priorities.
– Solid Planning Management Skills With Adaptability When Required.
– Ability to
analyze, evaluate, and forecast risks, and propose solutions to mitigate them.
– Ability to
research and propose solutions to overcome issues arising during work to achieve planned objectives.
– Ability to
analyze clearly and interpret data for diverse audiences.
