Job Description
· Develop Strategic Plans: Analyze brand briefs and develop comprehensive strategic plans that cover the full marketing funnel—from awareness to conversion.
· Client Satisfaction Focus: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, ensuring that strategic plans align with their expectations and goals. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service standard.
· Cross-Functional Coordination: Work effectively with various teams (Commercial, Livestream, Affiliate, Video, Media) to execute strategic initiatives and ensure seamless delivery of projects.
· P&L Management: Oversee the financial performance of client accounts, including budgeting and profitability, to ensure effective management of resources and achievement of financial goals.
· Performance Monitoring: Define and track KPIs related to strategic initiatives, ensuring that the outcomes meet or exceed client expectations.
· Reporting and Insights: Provide regular updates and insights to clients regarding the progress of strategic plans and campaign performances.
· Continuous Improvement: Utilize data and feedback to refine strategies and improve processes, ensuring ongoing alignment with industry trends and client needs.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
· 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, account management, or a related field.
· Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies across multiple channels.
· Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
· Understanding of integrated digital marketing channels
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
