The OOH Planning Manager plays a key role in developing and executing effective out-of-home media strategies that align with clients brand and communication objectives. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and collaboration across integrated media teams to deliver data-driven and impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Deeply understand clients business, brand positioning, and communication goals to translate them into effective OOH and integrated media plans.
- Develop and execute media recommendations that are strategically sound, insight-led, and supported by clear rationale.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including TV Buying, Digital, Data, and Strategy to ensure consistency and innovation across all stages - from briefing, proposal development, planning, implementation, to reporting and post-campaign evaluation.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the media landscape, with a focus on OOH trends, formats, technologies, and market dynamics.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and strategic partnership.
- Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and optimize media investment for greater campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in media planning, with at least 3 years specializing in OOH or integrated planning.
- Strong understanding of OOH media, data-driven planning tools, and audience analytics.
- Experience in using research and planning tools such as TNS Infosys, DAN CCS, Facebook Insights, and Google Trends.
- Strong project management skills - able to manage multiple timelines and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and solution-driven with a can-do attitude and a passion for continuous learning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
