Role Description
This position is responsible for leading and managing team in all aspects related to planning of total outsourcing function including production plan monitoring, capacity optimization, inspecting & examining departmental activities to fasten up the production, supporting the core business, and achieving the organizational goals.
Coordinate with Central Planning, Merchandising, all required related department in day to day activities to ensure loading/ running order as plan/budget
Receive and Allocate orders as per committed capacity by plant
Working on loading plan & OTT plan and do necessary to ensure line continuing in plant
Follow up Work-in-progress (WIP) and look over the factories to ensure the factory is running with the most efficiency.
Monitor & follow up the production plan to ensure all orders are sent to buyers as per requirement.
Coordinate with QA in plant to ensure to meet all KPIs of team
Identify, analyze and resolve all the problems related to planning & loading, and communicate/coordinate with relevant departments & apply best solutions to devise the most effective operational plan as per plant capability & capacity.
Monitor statistics, prepare Management reports (reconciliation report, Sales analysis report, weekly level report, etc).
Manage and develop team by identifying training needs, implementing individual development plan (IDP), evaluating their performance and setting up their career development plan.
Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Garment Industrial Engineering, or related fields. (Master's degree is an advantage).
Knowledge of Garment manufacturing process, Industrial Engineering (IE), Standard Minute Values (SMV)
Proficiency in MS Office, with solid communication and presentation skills.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical and planning capabilities.
High level of integrity, teamwork spirit, with accuracy and attention to detail.
Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in a similar role/capacity.
