Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Design Lead, located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Physical Design Lead will be responsible for leading and executing the Physical Design and Implementation of complex semiconductor chips. Day-to-day tasks will include overseeing Physical Design activities, Floor Planning, Clock Tree Synthesis, Place and Route and Timing Closure methodologies. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliver high-quality silicon solutions.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in physical design activities, including floor planning, place and route, and clock tree synthesis
• Experience with Statics Timing Analyzing (STA) methodologies and implementation,
• Experience in Physical verification and EMIR
• Strong understanding of chiptop design and integration works
• Proficiency in industrial EDA tools
• Experience Tapout from 40nm to 5nm process or more advanced nodes
• Exceptional leadership and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in Tcl/Perl/Python scripting is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 7+ years of experience in semiconductor industry
