A: Job Description:
- Develop business strategy: Build and implement effective business plans to achieve the companys overall sales objectives.
- Market analysis: Plan and conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities; collect and analyze industry trends, competitors marketing activities, and customer demands; propose effective business and marketing initiatives.
- Marketing planning: Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate leads.
- Budgeting and financial management: Work with the Finance & Accounting Department to develop the annual Sales & Marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency.
- Business & marketing reports: Prepare monthly/annual sales and marketing reports, including brand promotion effectiveness, sales program performance, and revenue results versus targets; provide recommendations for improvement.
- Customer feedback: Develop tools and methods to capture customer evaluations to improve services and enhance customer experience.
- Digital communication strategy: Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with the companys overall business plan, brand positioning, target audience, and corporate direction.
- Team development: Build, train, and develop the Sales & Marketing team to improve professional knowledge and meet business needs effectively.
- HR collaboration: Work with the HR Department on recruitment and employee performance evaluation criteria.
- Cross-department collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to build corporate culture, enhance internal communications, and foster employee engagement.
- Other duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
B. Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or other related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sales/Marketing Manager/ Director and 4 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing measurement and analytics tools.
- Proven experience in strategy development and business planning.
- Fluent in English.
