ROLE OVERVIEW

The Personal Assistant to Strategic Executive Support provides high-level executive assistance to the CEO while also supporting strategic planning, business execution, and cross-functional coordination. This role acts as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring operational efficiency, strategic alignment, and effective follow-through on key priorities.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Strategic & Executive Support

  • Support the CEO in strategy development, execution tracking, and performance monitoring of key initiatives.
  • Conduct research, data analysis, and benchmarking to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and summaries for senior management and regional stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress of strategic initiatives, identify risks or gaps, and proactively propose solutions.
  • Support cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment with CEO directives and corporate priorities.

Executive & Personal Assistance

  • Provide comprehensive personal and executive support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and priority management.
  • Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication.
  • Prepare meeting materials, briefing notes, presentations, and talking points for executive, board, and external meetings.
  • Manage correspondence and information flow on behalf of the CEO, exercising sound judgment and strict confidentiality.
  • Track action items and decisions arising from meetings and ensure timely follow-up.
  1. Governance & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Coordinate governance-related activities, including SMT and Board meetings (agenda preparation, materials collation, minutes, and follow-up actions).
  • Work closely with senior leaders and functional heads to support execution of CEO-led initiatives.
  • Ensure sensitive and confidential matters are handled with professionalism and discretion.

Special Projects & Ad-hoc Assignments

  • Lead or support special projects assigned by the CEO, including business reviews, transformation initiatives, and organizational change programs.
  • Act as a central point to drive progress, manage timelines, and resolve issues across stakeholders.
  • Provide structured problem-solving support on high-impact or time-sensitive matters.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Finance, Strategy, or a related field.
  • Minimum 58 years of experience in executive assistance, strategy, consulting, PMO, or senior management support roles.
  • Proven experience supporting C-suite executives is strongly preferred
  • Advanced Communication Skills, High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, financial Acumen
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills; ability to manage multiple demands under pressure.
  • Being detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing the CEO's projects is crucial.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
