About the Role
The Executive Assistant to the CEO plays a critical role in supporting the CEO in strategic execution, cross-functional coordination, and high-level decision-making.
Beyond traditional administrative duties, this position acts as a strategic partner and organizational coordinator, ensuring that key priorities, projects, and executive initiatives are effectively managed and delivered across departments.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, analytical, and proactive professional who enjoys working closely with senior leaders and driving business impact in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the CEO in tracking strategic priorities, key initiatives, and major company projects, ensuring progress and alignment with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate with department heads to monitor execution of strategic plans and follow up on key deliverables across teams.
- Analyze business data, reports, and operational information to generate insights that support executive decision-making.
- Prepare executive presentations, strategic reports, briefing documents, and internal communications for leadership meetings.
- Organize and facilitate leadership meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, and tracking action items to completion.
- Serve as a communication bridge between the CEO and internal departments, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely information flow.
- Draft and review executive correspondence, announcements, and internal communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar, meetings, and commitments to optimize time efficiency and strategic focus.
- Coordinate with external partners, clients, and stakeholders to support the CEO's business engagements and partnerships.
- Lead or support special projects, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional assignments directed by the CEO.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Executive Assistant, Strategy Assistant, Business Operations, or similar roles.
- Proven experience working closely with C-level executives or senior leadership teams.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) in professional business environments.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret business data and insights.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into concise executive summaries and strategic recommendations.
- Outstanding organizational, planning, and project coordination skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for executive reporting and presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, integrity, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
