Analyse data to identify growth opportunities and challenges in performance advertising campaigns
Stay informed on the latest trends and innovations in performance marketing to ensure our strategies remain competitive and cutting-edge
Apply industry knowledge, marketing best practices, and technical expertise to inform product enhancements and long-term strategic planning for performance ads
Plan budgets, define milestones, and conduct impact analysis for performance ad product improvements monitor KPIs to ensure successful implementation
Lead innovation discussions and proactively drive experimentation within the performance ads ecosystem
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and media buying teams to design and execute innovation strategies
Partner with external platforms (e.g., Meta, Google) to test, evaluate, and implement emerging ad solutions and technologies
Maintain accurate, ongoing reporting to track the performance and progress of all growth initiatives

Requirements:

Relevant Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
3+ years of experience in performance marketing with a strong grasp of the technical infrastructure underpinning performance ads
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience running paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, or similar
Strong technical aptitude (understanding of pixels, attribution, tracking, A/B testing, APIs, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with strong presentation and reporting skills
Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills
Curiosity and passion for learning, with a desire to stay ahead in a fast-changing digital landscape
