If you have project sales experience selling UPS(Uninteruptible Power Supply), Switchgear, Transformer, etc to utilities and industrial companies, you are highly encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

The overview of the role with its primary function is to be responsible for developing and managing the PDSS business in Vietnam through driving and supporting the channels and also exploring, identifying, and leading new opportunities developing new channels and customers to grow the business.

Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Vietnam utility and industrial market.

Identify and prioritize key accounts and growth opportunities.

Drive sales activities from lead generation to deal closure.

Customer Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with utility companies, government agencies, EPCs, and consultants.

Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.

Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions.

Market Development

Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.

Provide insights to internal teams to adapt offerings to local needs.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Internal Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, product management, and technical support teams.

Provide feedback on product performance and customer requirements.

Ensure smooth handover to project delivery and after-sales support teams.

Reporting & Forecasting

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Prepare monthly sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business reviews.

Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, major in Electrical or Electronics Engineering

Over 7 Years related experience

Skills

Decent techncial knowledges of Electrical products and solutions particular in Power transmission and distribution network.

  • Proactive and Self-motivated under a variety of challenging circumstances
  • Transparent, On time communcation with, and reporting to supervisor
  • Strategic thingking skills with creativity
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Taking Initiative with strong leadership and passion to explore new business
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Decent in written and spoken English
