Job Description

Job Description:

  • Process end-to-end payroll across multiple legal entities with varying payroll structures and compliance requirements, including expatriate payroll
  • Manage employment contract signing, government compliance submissions (SSO, PIT), and serve as PIC for Provident Fund administration across all entities
  • Serve as primary coordinator and main point of contact for external payroll audits
  • Monitor and implement payroll automation processes via App Script

Requirements:

  • Payroll administration and operations
  • Knowledge of employee benefits and government compliance (SSO, PIT, PVD)
  • Experience with external audit support
  • Proficiency in App Script automation (preferable)
