Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pattern Designer with 10 years of experience at PPJ. The Pattern Designer will be responsible for utilizing design thinking, visual design, interaction design, instructional design, and user experience (UX) principles to create innovative and functional patterns for various apparel products in categories such as denim, garment dye, woven, knits, tops, bottoms, blazers, jackets, outerwear, fashion garments, etc. Looking for a Vietnamese with experience who can speak English—preferably, but otherwise a good pattern maker with good technique/skill is expected..

Qualifications

• Expertise in Design Thinking, Visual Design, and Interaction Design
• Proficiency in Instructional Design and User Experience (UX)
• Experience in creating patterns for denim, woven, and knit fabric apparel
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field, experience on Gerber.
