Job vacancy: JD Partnership & WOM Marketing Specialist
1. Responsibilities:
1.1. Monitor and Report Partnership Campaign Results
- Research & propose a partnership plan & strategy.
- Seek, evaluate, and establish new partnerships with relevant companies and organizations (international partners, mainly in the US and Europe)
- Negotiate cooperation agreements to create mutual value and enhance the Omega brand.
- Create compelling content for partnership activities
- Work closely with internal & external teams to effectively implement partnership projects.
- Collaborate with internal departments to effectively execute cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
- Track and report the outcomes of partnership campaigns.
1.2. Manage Word of Mouth Channels
- Create word-of-mouth strategies to increase brand awareness and customer growth.
- Establish and manage a community of loyal customers, encouraging them to share positive product experiences.
- Apply creative marketing techniques to stimulate organic spread.
- Measure, analyze, and optimize the effectiveness of word-of-mouth campaigns.
2. Requirements:
- Proficiency in the English language is key (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent)
- Have the ability to produce compelling content & design.
- Basic knowledge in eCommerce preferred
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with partners and stakeholders.
- Relationship Building: Capability to establish and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to develop effective marketing solutions through innovative ideas.
- Project Management Skills: Proficient in managing projects, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Digital Marketing Proficiency: Knowledgeable in social media tools and platforms, as well as digital marketing strategies.
- Data Analysis: Strong ability to analyze data and formulate data-driven strategies.
- Preferred candidates have experience in partnership management or word-of-mouth marketing.
3. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: upto 20M
- Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM, no overtime
- Bonuses:
- Performance bonus
- 13th-month salary
