Partnership officer

Job description

• Identify and attract potential partners who align with KidZania's mission and values.
• Possess proactive, independent, and goal-oriented sales skills
• Develop and maintain relationships with partners.
• (our partners include about 20 companies including Vietnam Airlines, Hyundai Thanh Cong, Shinhan Bank, Lotteria, Lotte Mart, and Morinaga Milk)
• Negotiate and execute partnership agreements.
• Coordinate with operations departments to manage partner experiential facilities.
• Report as required by management.

Job requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in partnership development, B2B sales, affiliate marketing, or a related field
• Independent B2B sales capabilities and a network of Vietnamese consumer goods companies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• English fluency
• Experience in Korean or Japanese companies preferred
• Experience in the entertainment or education industry preferred
• Japanese or Korean fluency preferred.
