Job Description

Job Description:

  • Responsible for end-to-end partner acquisition and onboarding activities to achieve assigned business targets
  • Lead and manage acquisition workforce activities to ensure a healthy acquisition pipeline, partner conversion, and onboarding performance
  • Train and coach acquisition team members to improve partner engagement quality, communication effectiveness, and team performance
  • Prepare and deliver reports for acquisition productivity and efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze performance to identify gaps, propose solutions for optimization, and drive continuous improvement
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution, partner onboarding, and target achievement
  • Other tasks are assigned by the Company from time to time

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields
  • At least 2 years of experience in partner management, key account management, customer success, or commercial operations within logistics, e-commerce, or similar industries
  • Good understanding of sales funnel management and performance tracking
  • Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Comfortable working with data, performance metrics, and operational dashboards
  • Proactive, execution-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
