About the RoleWith customer centric & building up the quality agent force strategies for AIAV in general & for Premier Advisory (PA) in particular. We are focus on brand visualization, awareness, management, agent brand building and sales conversion through activation organization & management.
Report to: Manager, Premier Marketing
Location: HCM
Function: Agency Distribution | Department: Premier Advisory
Role: Individual ContributorRoles & Responsibilities:

  • Premier Advisory (PA) Brand Management to ensure brand visual identity, build PA brand awareness and Marketing collateral to ensuring consistency in how the PA brand is presented across Marketing channels to attract potential customer and engage with existing customer

  • Sales opportunities creation & scale-up through creating & delivering Marketing message to targeted audiences through various channels, such as advertising, PR, direct Marketing and Digital Marketing, aiming to approach targeted customer

  • Agent brand image to ensure the image and reputation of agents who represent the PA brand in front of potential candidate as well as be a PA's brand ambassador across touchpoints.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing communication, business or a related field
  • Advanced knowledge of specialisation typically obtained through advanced technical education combined with work experience in Marketing communication/Marketing events organization, Creative skill (Marketing Campaign, idea, social)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Marketing communication, branding & event management
  • Project Management skills to manage & implement Marketing projects
  • Stakeholder Management to provide constructive challenge and regular communicate functional strategic prioritizes.
  • Planning and organizing skills to implement initiative project and transfer process of models to PA
    Influencing skills to work, collaborate and convince others in order to achieve expected outcomes
