Job Responsibilities

1. Crowdsourcing Resource Channel Development

  • Formulate part-time crowdsourcing talent recruitment strategies in line with the company's overseas business layout across countries and regions.
  • Maintain overseas crowdsourcing recruitment channels, including but not limited to local crowdsourcing platforms, industrial communities, vertical freelance communities, etc.
  • Continuously explore new recruitment channels and cooperation models to expand talent coverage.

2. Recruitment Execution & Demand Coordination

  • Complete the full recruitment process of overseas crowdsourcing personnel, supporting rapid resource allocation and recruitment for project demands.
  • Conduct targeted sourcing and precise matching for high-complexity or scarce-skill crowdsourcing positions, such as specific language talents, professional technical roles and specially qualified personnel, and build professional talent pools.

Job Qualifications

1. Minimum 5 years of in overseas/global flexible employment, crowdsourcing or part-time recruitment; remote team experience is preferred.

2. Prior experience in crowdsourcing recruitment for AI annotation, content moderation, translation, IT outsourcing, crowdsourced testing and related industries is highly preferred.

3. Familiar with flexible employment models, compliance risks and cost structures in different countries.

4. Fluent English for daily work, strong cross-cultural communication skills, able to cooperate frequently with overseas candidates, suppliers and international cross-departmental teams.

5. Result-oriented, high pressure resistance, capable of managing recruitment for multiple concurrent crowdsourcing projects.
