Order Management Specialist

Responsibilities

1. Core Objectives of the Position

Coordinate cross-departmental resources, promote the implementation of project cycles, ensure that overseas supplier-side projects are delivered to sales/clients within the specified time limit and reasonable cost.

2. Key Responsibilities

Upon receiving a new project, check BOM information (including materials, printing requirements, and structural drawing information) with the sales side as soon as possible, assign suppliers/lead process evaluation/confirm sample completion time/follow up sample progress, and sign and archive samples after customer or internal approval.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree above;

2. More than 5 years of experience in manufacturing

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4. Excellent interpersonal skills

5. Good written and verbal in English or Chinese

6. Result orientation, hands on, open mind, Can work under big pressure
