Demand & Performance planning

Support operational performance tracking to help identify process improvement areas, improve efficiency, and maintain operational standards;
Assist in gathering and analyzing data to support end-to-end (E2E) planning efforts with cross-functional teams;
Contribute to monitoring key performance indicators and identifying potential areas for long-term improvement.

Operations Continuity Planning

Coordinating planning activities during key commercial periods (e.g., monthly campaigns, holidays, special events);
Support cross-functional communication during operational incidents to ensure timely information sharing and resolution.

Executive Reporting

Maintain executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations on operational performance metrics;
Translate operational data into clear visuals and summaries to support decision-making.

Requirements

Fresh graduates or have less than one year of experience in related fields;
Preferably prior experience in operations, planning, or a data-driven role;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with data and extract useful insights;
Experienced in using Microsoft Office or other tools for reporting & data analysis;
Self-motivated and eager to learn; able to manage tasks independently with guidance;
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and adapting in a dynamic environment, with strong communication skills.
