Role Description
As an Operation Manager (F&B) – Regional Responsibility, you will be directly accountable for overseeing the end-to-end operations of multiple restaurants within the assigned area. This leadership role requires close engagement with on-site teams to ensure consistent execution of operational standards, elevate customer experience, and drive business performance.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Lead and standardize daily operations within your region, ensuring consistency in service quality and operational procedures.
• Conduct regular on-site visits, coach restaurant managers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.
• Recruit, train, and develop management and store teams, building a strong talent pipeline ready for future growth.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance (P&L), identify operational opportunities, and implement improvements to enhance revenue and profitability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and successfully launch new restaurant openings, ensuring smooth operations from day one.
• Act as the strategic link between senior leadership and operational execution, ensuring company objectives are implemented effectively on the ground.
