About The Team

Supplier Management (SM) manages the supplier network for key Warehouse business lines, ensuring seamless collaboration, healthy inventory capital, and developing new service lines to further enhance supplier satisfaction & leadtime. Ops KAM is a sub-team under SM, working directly with suppliers on day-to-day issues to ensure smooth operations and maintain cooperative relationships with suppliers/sellers.

Job Description

  • Coordinate with 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) providers for truck bookings and track routes;
  • Collaborate with suppliers to allocate pickup dates for inbound shipments and ensure firmed orders are delivered in full, on time, and error-free;
  • Handle operational (inbound to outbound) questions/issues from sellers and collaborate with relevant Ops teams to solve the issues;
  • Resolve issues from inbound shipments to outbound orders;
  • Maintain effective communication with 3PL, suppliers, and warehouse personnel;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain performance;
  • Regularly check in with suppliers to maintain good relationships. Represent as the key Shopee contact for their operational questions and concerns;
  • Actively coordinate with other teams to solve operational issues for suppliers and drive customer satisfaction. Ensure that we can detect early and resolve any concerns from Suppliers related to SM performance quickly and efficiently;
  • Other tasks assigned by the Company from time to time.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of experience in Key Account Management/ Warehouse Coordination, preferably in the e-commerce field or e-commerce department;
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Foreign Trade or Supply Chain;
  • Ability to coordinate schedules, resolve constraints, and ensure win-win solutions with aligned trade-offs;
  • Skilled in problem-solving, process management, and reporting, with proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace;
  • Strong customer-focused mindset, good attention to detail, and high adaptability in the fast-paced e-commerce environment;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, and stakeholder management skills, with acceptable fluency in English (both writing and speaking);
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deal with constraints.
