Job Description:

  1. Training Design and Development:
  • Analyze training needs through assessments, interviews, and performance evaluations.
  • Design and develop engaging training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules tailored to warehouse operations.
  • Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training documentation to support consistent training delivery.

2. Training Delivery:

  • Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops for warehouse staff on operational processes, safety protocols, and best practices.
  • Conduct soft skills training sessions for supervisor and lead level as required
  • Utilize various training methodologies (e.g., simulations, role-playing, on-the-job training) to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Ensure that training sessions are interactive and foster a positive learning environment and fit with operation schedule

3. Evaluation and Improvement:

  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Continuously improve training content and delivery methods based on participant feedback and evolving operational needs.
  • Maintain records of training attendance, assessments, and outcomes for reporting purposes.

4. Collaboration and Support:

  • Work closely with warehouse management and team leaders to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to new trainers and warehouse staff as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in warehouse operations and training methodologies.

5. Safety and Compliance:

  • Ensure that all training programs comply with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the warehouse environment.

Requirements:

  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, preferably in warehouse operations or logistics.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of warehouse processes and operations.
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
    • Proficient in instructional design and training methodologies.
    • Ability to assess training needs and develop tailored training solutions.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Be able to deliver training to big group of staff in short time with minimum resources
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Passion for continuous learning and development.
    • Adaptable and open to feedback.
