Operations Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our growing operations in Vietnam.

This role will work closely with the Assistant Operations Manager to coordinate projects, equipment deployment, logistics, customer requirements, and day-to-day operational activities.

• Coordinate daily operational activities and project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, equipment deployment, and material deliveries.
• Liaise with project sites, customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of sheet piles and related equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment movements, stock levels, and rental activities.
• Prepare operational reports, project updates, delivery schedules, and documentation.
• Support procurement activities and vendor coordination.
• Follow up on customer requests and operational matters to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in project billing support and documentation submission.
• Ensure compliance with company operational procedures

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in operations, logistics, project coordination, construction, engineering, or equipment rental environments.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
• Experience in construction, sheet piling, shoring, heavy equipment, or related industries will be an added advantage.
