Job Responsibilities
Contract Management
- Manage and reconcile creator contracts on a campaign and monthly basis across TikTok Shop and Shopee.
- Ensure all contract documentation is accurate, complete, and processed in a timely manner.
Livestream Operations
- Coordinate deal registration and adjustments prior to livestream sessions.
- Ensure all promotional deals are correctly displayed and activated during livestreams.
- Monitor livestream performance and provide real-time operational support to resolve any issues.
Sample Management
- Coordinate product sample requests and maintain sample inventory.
- Manage the end-to-end logistics of product samples between the company and creators.
Reporting & Cost Management
- Prepare daily, monthly, and post-campaign reports on campaign performance, operational costs, and CIR metrics.
- Monitor campaign expenses and provide operational insights to support business decisions.
Other Responsibilities
- Perform other operational and administrative tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Affiliate Operations, E-commerce Operations, Creator Operations, Livestream Operations, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop and Shopee is preferred.
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
