Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead the Ops Efficiency team, providing guidance and support, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Performance Analysis:
- Utilize data analytics to measure operational performance, identify trends and provide actionable solutions to improve service quality.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Build monthly and event-specific plans and collaborate with relevant teams to align operational plans and processes, ensure the smooth and efficient operational flows.
- Support Operations team in network changes, new services and expansions.
Project Management:
- Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in operations management, efficiency improvement, or a similar role.
Track record of leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Be fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
Do other tasks as assigned by the company
